Mango Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 whole Mango
  • 1/4 inch Ginger peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes


  • Peel and remove mango pit. Toss pulp, ginger, coconut water, vanilla and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.


Removing the pit from a Mangoes can be a hassle, so I use a Mango Slicer to make if fast and easy.
