You've done the work and now it is time to make it last!
Place left overs in meal size amounts into freezer safe containers or storage bags. I recommend
- 1 - 1.5 cup portions when cooking for 2 people
- 2 - 3 cup portions when cooking for families of 4 -6 depending on ages.
Label each container with the contents and date, and lay flat in the freezer, so it is ready when you need it.
