  • 8 whole Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup Green Onions sliced
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Whisked together 2 eggs, 1/2 water, 1/4 cup of green onions and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Pour mixture into a preheated waffle iron and close the lid. Pour it all in a waffle maker, flip quickly after 60 seconds and cook until "Ready" light comes on.
  • Repeat these steps with the remaining ingredients until they are all used. Top with avocado slices and serve.
