  • 4 whole Ripe Peaches
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper


  • Cut peaches and peel, adding them to a stock pot with 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil, and add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and allow mixture to simmer until peaches are softened and mushy.
  • Taste periodically towards the end and adjust vanilla and spices as desired. Allow mixture to cool for at least 30 minutes.
  • Mix until smooth in a blender, or if you like things a bit chunkier blend for a shorter period of time. Serve with toast, muffins or even over pound cake or ice cream for dessert!


This recipe can be frozen or canned for year long sweet treats!
