Make this salad a meal!
This salad is the perfect combination of flavors and textures to work as a light meal. And if you are looking to increase your protein you could easily toss in some grilled shrimp of chicken making it even more perfect.

Southwest Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups Green leaf Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Cooked Black Beans
- 1/2 cup Cooked Corn
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 whole Avocado diced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 whole Lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- A pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Toss together lettuce, black beans, cilantro, corn, avocado, and tomatoes.
- To make the dressing, combine lime juice, honey and sea salt in a small jar and shake until well mixed. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat lightly.
