***Cooking note: This recipe was tossed together using pre-cooked Lemon Rosemary Chicken. Having pre-cooked chicken makes tossing this recipe together in minutes possible.  However pre-cooked chicken isn’t necessary to enjoy this recipe. You will simply need to adjust cooking time to ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through.

Instructions
  1. Chop Cauliflower very fine, until it resembles rice. Chop carrots and slice green onions. Set each aside until ready to use.
  2. Heat sesame oil In a large sauté pan or wok sauté. Add garlic and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add carrots and sauté an addition 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add "riced" cauliflower, chicken, frozen peas and Bragg's Amino Acids. Continue cooking over medium low heat until everything has been heated through and flavors are combined. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
Recipe Notes

Bragg's Amino Acid spray is a natural alternative to soy sauce, that I most often use.  I will also often toss in other veggies like broccoli and sliced mushrooms which go really well with this dish.
