Nut Crust

  • 3/4 cup Walnuts
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons Butter or Coconut
  • 3/4 cup Pecans
  • 2 whole Large Eggs

Pie Filling

  • 10 whole Medium Apples
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon


  • Combine walnuts, pecans, cinnamon & oats in a blender and blend into a fine powder. Combine nut mixture with melted butter and eggs. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Thinly slice apples, and toss together with and cinnamon. Press nut mixture into a greased pie pan, and layer apples in a spiral. Bake for 60 - 75 minutes.
