  • 16 whole Meatballs
  • 1 cup Red Sauce
  • 1 large Pre-made Pizza Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozarella shredded
  • 2 large Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Peppercini (Peperoncino) thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. While oven is preheating top pizza crust with Red Sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Add diced tomato, peppercini slices and meatballs.
  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until edges are a nice golden brown. (For even browning, rotate pizza half way through). Top with ricotta before serving.
