
Mango Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 whole Mango
- 1/4 inch Ginger peeled, finely chopped
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Peel and remove mango pit. Toss pulp, ginger, coconut water, vanilla and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
