Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients
- 4 pounds Jumbo Shrimp peeled & deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute until tender. About 2-3 minutes.
- Add in shrimp and saute, until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve over rice or noodles.
