  • 4 pounds Jumbo Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley chopped (optional)


  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute until tender. About 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in shrimp and saute, until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve over rice or noodles.
