  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 whole Onion chopped
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Pale Ale
  • 16 ounces Tomatillo Salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 whole Green Onions sliced


  • Heat 2 tbs. ghee/butter to a large skillet swirling to coat the bottom. Add onions, garlic and jalapeƱos. Cook until the edges are slightly charred.
  • Add in Pale Ale and cook 1-2 minutes. Add tomatillo salsa, salt, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Mix in beans and chicken. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes to fully combine flavors.
  • Serve topped with green onions and cilantro and enjoy!
