Servings 4 servings

  • 1 whole Small Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Basil
  • 1/2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 whole Large Egg

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rice cauliflower in your food processor, and place in a baking dish. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool in a fine holed colander for 5 minutes.
  • Using a soup ladle or small sauce pan press out the extra water from your cauliflower. Move cauliflower to a mixing bowl and mix together the remaining pizza crust ingredients.
  • Form pizza dough into a ball, and lay out on your pizza pan. Using your fingers, press the dough outward in a circular motion until a thin yet firm crust has been formed.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes until it becomes a light golden brown color. Remove pizza crust from the oven, and add your desired toppings.
  • Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 - 12 minutes until out crust is a rich golden brown. Allow pizza to sit 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Microwave Shortcut
Rather than baking cauliflower, place it in a microwave safe dish with 1/2 cup water (be sure the bottom of the dish is covered). Microwave on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender but not mushy.
**BE SURE to press out excess liquid to achieve a nice crisp crust.
