  • 4 whole Mini Meatloaves
  • 8 small Whole Grain Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • Green leaf Lettuce
  • Whole Grain Mustard


  • Spray a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Slice mini meatloaves into thinner patties. Place in a single layer in the skillet and heat 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Slice rolls and butter each side. Remove patties from skillet and toast rolls, butter side down.
  • Remove from heat and top bottom buns with patty. Add cheese, bacon, tomato slices and green leaf lettuce. Spread whole grain mustard on top buns and top each sandwich. Serve and enjoy!
