Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole Apples (I use Fuji)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Quarter apple and remove seeds. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for 60 - 90 seconds, or until smooth

Notes

If using a lower speed blender you may want to peel the apples before blending for a smoother more pleasant consistency.
