Step 2: Prep, Shop & Cook

Go to your meal planner to create your shopping list & cook as planned!

With the click of a button your meal plan will provide you with a detailed shopping list of all the ingredients you need. This shopping list is 100% customizable, as you can remove the items you don't need and add anything else that you do.

Step 3: Label, Freeze & Relax!

You've done the work and now it is time to make it last!

  • Place left overs in meal size amounts into freezer safe containers or storage bags. I recommend 1 - 1.5 cup portions when cooking for 2 people, and 2 - 3 cup portions when cooking for families of 4 -6 depending on ages.
  • Label each container with the contents and date, and lay flat in the freezer, so it is ready when you need it.
  • Give yourself a GREAT BIG high five for a job well done and relax knowing meals will be a cinch!
