Instructions
  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Make a roux by sprinkling the melted butter with flour, whisking together until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the beef stock whisking to keep mixture smooth. Add meatballs and cook 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Mix in sour cream and cook and additional 2-3 minutes. Serve over noodles and top with fresh parsley as desired.
