Instructions
  1. Chop cabbage, and combine with sliced scallions, diced cucumbers and cilantro in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl mix together yogurt and lime juice. Toss together cabbage mixture with yogurt mixture, and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in shrimp and sprinkle with cayenne. Cook until shrimp is heated through. About 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Heat tortillas over low heat in a large skillet. Remove and top with cabbage mixture and shrimp.
