  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning and green onions together in a small mixing bowl. Allow these to sit until ready to serve.
  2. Heat butter over medium heat in a medium sized skillet. Add in hot sauce and shrimp. Heat about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slice tomatoes and tear lettuce leaves into smaller sandwich sizes. Spread Cajun Aioli over hoagie rolls, tops with lettuce, tomato and shrimp.

My favorite Cajun Seasoning is from Slap Ya Mama.  Leftover Aioli can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
