***Cooking note: This recipe was tossed together using pre-cooked Lemon Rosemary Chicken. Having pre-cooked chicken makes tossing this recipe together in minutes possible.  However pre-cooked chicken isn’t necessary to enjoy this recipe. You will simply need to adjust cooking time to ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through.

Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in mushrooms and sauté an additional 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and broccoli, sauté until broccoli is a bright vibrant green. Add in sesame seeds and salt, cook 1-2 minutes more.
  2. Whisk together chicken stock and cornstarch and add to chicken mixture. Bring to a boil and cook until thick and creamy. Serve over rice or quinoa and enjoy!
