Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a large sauce pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened and garlic is a light golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes, parsley and salt and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Set aside two cups and serve with your favorite pasta tonight. Store remaining sauce in freezer safe bags or containers and freeze in 2 cup portions.
