Pour salsa over the chicken, mix thoroughly and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Add peppers and cook 3-5 more minutes.
While chicken is cooking, warm tortillas in another skillet on medium low heat until your desired crispness (corn tortillas will become crispier the longer they are on the heat.) Be careful and make sure you change sides as tortillas can burn easily if unattended.
Spread chicken mixture out on the warm tortillas, add lettuce and garnish with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges to juice over tacos.
