Cook Gnocchi according to package directions set aside until ready to use. Juice and zest lemon and set that aside as well.
Heat coconut oil over medium heat in a sauté pan or skillet. Add add the onions, mushrooms & garlic. Add pork, broccoli and Gnocchi. Continue sautéing until broccoli becomes a beautiful vibrant green color.
Add Lemon juice and zest and sprinkle salt, stirring for about a minute to combine all ingredients thoroughly. Garnish with black pepper and parmesan shavings to taste.
