  1. Juice 1 lemon, and slice the other two. Setting both aside until ready to use.
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Place skin side down on a piece of foil large enough to fold over and seal.
  3. Top salmon with lemon slices, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of capers. Wrap up salmon tightly in the foil packets.
  4. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 15 minutes. Serve with extra lemon wedges as desired.
